FAQs
What does “ready in 2 days” actually mean?
The 2-day setup starts once your requirements are confirmed and we have the content, business information, branding assets and access we need. Custom work, migration, integrations or additional content may require more time.
What can affect the final price?
Your quote depends on the size of your setup, such as languages, website sections, team size and customer capacity. Extensions, migration, extra content, custom functionality and integrations are priced separately.
Is the price one-time or recurring?
There are two parts: a one-time Implementation & Launch fee, then an Annual Platform & Support fee covering platform access, hosting, backups, updates, maintenance and standard technical support.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your basic company information, branding assets, available content and a clear idea of what your business needs. The more complete these are, the faster we can get your setup ready.
What if my content isn’t ready?
We can help with content population, development and copywriting when needed. Additional content work outside the agreed setup is quoted separately.
Can you move my existing content or customer data?
Yes. Existing data can be reviewed for migration, and customer contacts can be imported into Customer Desk. The scope and cost depend on the source, format and amount of data involved.
What if I need something that isn’t listed in the form?
That’s fine. Tell us about it in the business details field. Custom functionality, integrations, additional content and other specific requirements can be scoped separately.
Are revisions included?
Revisions are limited to content and Customer Desk setup. Design revisions are not included. Major design changes outside the selected Small Giant theme are quoted separately.
Who owns my content and customer data?
You do. Your business content and customer data remain yours. Small Giant provides the platform and the service around it.
Can I expand my setup later?
Yes. You can move to a larger package or increase individual capacity where extensions are supported, without rebuilding everything from scratch.
